For the 2018 UC Tech conference, there was a need for a raffle application

Every developer knows how frustrating it can be to use a program that has no available dark theme. How does such a widely-used program like Slack not have a default dark theme?

At ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2018 conference, attended by 18,000+, I competed in the annual Hackathon.

Users that relied on emails often reported to us that they would forget about approvals pending their review. To solve this, I created a simple workflow that would trigger reminder notifications after 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, and every 7 days after that until the approval request was acted upon or no longer needed.

After heavy out-of-box usage of Agile Development in ServiceNow, we noticed that stories would have unnecessary admiinstrative overhead between the end of one scrum task and the start of the next one. To solve this, we added an optional way of handling scrum tasks via an automated workflow.
