Privacy Policy for Hex7

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Hex7 (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with your use of the App. Hex7 is developed and published by Earl Duque (“the Developer”).

We built Hex7 to respect your privacy. The App does not require an account, does not ask you to log in, and does not collect or transmit personal information that identifies you. This policy explains the limited data involved and the third‑party services the App uses.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Hex7 does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address
Account credentials or logins (the App has no accounts)
Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location data
Any personally identifiable information (PII)

We do not maintain servers that receive your personal information, and we do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Hex7 saves your game progress and settings — such as your high score, current game state, and preferences — locally on your device only. This data:

Never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party
Is not accessible to us
Is removed when you delete the App from your device

3. Advertising

Hex7 displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. Ads help support the free version of the App.

The App is configured to request non‑personalized ads only. Non‑personalized ads are not based on a user’s past behavior; they are targeted using contextual information such as the general content of the App.
Hex7 does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
To serve ads and limit ad frequency and fraud, Google may process limited technical information such as a device advertising identifier, coarse (non‑precise) information, and general ad interaction data. This processing is governed by Google’s own policies.

You can limit ad personalization at the operating‑system level on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, and manage tracking permissions via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. In‑App Purchases

Hex7 offers a single non‑consumable in‑app purchase that removes advertisements from the App (“Remove Ads”).

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. The Developer never receives or stores your payment card details.
The App only receives confirmation of whether the purchase was completed so it can unlock the ad‑free experience. This entitlement is stored locally on your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

Hex7 does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because the App requests non‑personalized ads only and stores game data locally, it is designed to minimize data exposure for all users. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third‑party service used by the App, please contact us so we can help address it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data held by the Developer for you to access, correct, or delete. You can:

Remove all locally stored game data by deleting the App from your device.
Reset or limit your device’s advertising identifier using the OS settings described in Section 3.
Purchase the “Remove Ads” option to stop seeing advertisements.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights regarding data processed by Google as an advertising provider. Those rights can be exercised through Google using the links in Section 3.
