Back in May, I posted about my Knowledge 2020 CreatorCon Hackathon entry. While I didn’t make finalist, a new blog post on the official ServiceNow developer blog has revealed that I have received an honorable mention for my entry!
In the spirit of the collaboration between NASA and SpaceX launching astronauts to the International Space Station, I’m digging up an old integration that I made for fun that utilized about a billion APIs so that any user in the sndevs slack channel could find out where exactly (with an included map) is the ISS at that moment.
For the ServiceNow Knowledge 2020 Digital Experience conference, I was the speaker for the session: THS2122: App(s) showcase: Quality of Life items available on ServiceNow Share
From May 1 to May, 2020, I participated in ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2020 CreatorCon Hackathon. What a mouthful.
And what a weekend! Because of COVID-19, the conference was switched from a 4 day trip in Florida to a completely digital experience, so likewise they changed the normal 8-hour hackathon to a Friday to Sunday “put whatever hours you want into it” shindig.
I created a Quality-of-life enhancement for developers to be able to quickly “Copy Field Name”, “Copy Field Value”, or “Copy Field Display Value” any list field to their clipboard for later use.
